Hassle-Free Exchanges & Returns

At Hospital Linen India, we take pride in the quality and hygiene of our medical and hospital garments. However, if you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our hassle-free return and exchange process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Customized, made-to-order, or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
• For hygiene reasons, certain items like masks, gloves, and undergarments are non-returnable  

Processing Returns 

• After the items are picked up, they undergo quality checks. 

• Refunds are initiated within 5 days after quality checks are completed. 

• If our reverse pickup service is not available at your location, we request you to self-ship the product via any reliable courier service. We will process your refund after the items are delivered to our warehouse. (Warehouse address to be provided upon request) 

Processing Exchanges

• An exchange order will be initiated once the old order is picked up. 

• If our reverse pickup service is not available at your location, we request you to self-ship the product via any reliable courier service. We will ship the exchange product to you after the items are delivered to our warehouse. (Warehouse address to be provided upon request)
