At Hospital Linen India (HLI Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.), we supply quality hospital linen, healthcare uniforms, OT linen, patient clothing, bed linen and medical textiles for hospitals, clinics and healthcare institutions.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery if:

• The product is damaged or defective.

• The wrong product, size, colour or specification was delivered.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

• The order does not match the confirmed requirements.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, products must be:

• Unused, unwashed and unaltered.

• In original packaging with labels intact.

• Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase.

• Returned only after approval from our team.

For hospital linen and healthcare textiles, used or washed products may not be accepted due to hygiene and safety requirements.

Customised & Bulk Orders

Customised hospital uniforms, embroidered products, branded hospital linen and specially manufactured bulk orders may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective, damaged during delivery or supplied incorrectly by us.

We recommend confirming size, colour, quantity, specifications and customization before placing institutional orders.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact our customer support team with your order number.

2. Share photographs/videos of the product and packaging.

3. Our team will review your request.

4. If approved, follow the return instructions provided.

5. After inspection, we will process the applicable replacement, exchange or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed according to the payment method and applicable order conditions. Shipping, customization or other charges may be non-refundable where applicable.
